THE WAY OF THE WARRIOR 

I came from a toxic family.  That toxic mentality shaped my outlook, and what I believed was and wasn’t possible for me.  I attracted many harmful, hurtful experiences, and relationships into my life. No matter how hard I tried, nothing ever really worked out for me.  Bad luck seemed to always find me, love and success, however, eluded me. 

 

I invested years and thousands of dollars into healing.  Searching for the thing that was going to change my life, was going to fix me.  I was desperate, and tried whatever healing modality came across my path; talk therapy, coaching, sounds & color therapy, acupuncture, massage, various forms of energy healing, medicinal ceremonies, leadership training, transformational work, the list goes on…

 

After all that …  What I discovered and what became the foundation of Lainne (lainne.com) as a business is:

 

We are dynamic beings.  We are emotional, energetic, physical, mental, spiritual beings and in order to move through trauma and pain we need to support all of the aspects and expressions of ourselves.

 

Rewiring/rewriting your subconscious programming is very powerful and often addresses emotional, physical, mental, and sometimes spiritual healing.  By reprogramming our subconscious mind we can change the meaning that we gave experiences that created trauma in our minds and bodies and rewrite what we made that experience to mean about us.
